Breaking: Michael Jackson Autopsy Results Release ‘Indefinitely Delayed’

A representative for the Los Angeles County Coroner tells ET that the release of the results of Michael Jackson’s autopsy will be delayed indefinitely.

The rep says that more investigating needs to be done before the results will be released. The decision to indefinitely delay release of the results was made after a roundtable discussion was held Thursday between the Los Angeles County Department of Coroner, the Los Angeles Police Department and the District Attorneys office. The meeting discussed the status of the investigation into Jackson’s death, and the rep for the coroner’s office tells ET that the District Attorney’s office will likely play a large role going forward in the investigation.

When asked if other doctors besides Dr. Conrad Murray could be investigated, the coroner’s rep said that the investigation is ongoing.

Michael Jackson Biographer: Singer’s Sister will Help Raise Kids

J. Randy Taraborrelli, author of Michael Jackson: The Magic, The Madness, The Whole Story, tells ET that he thinks Katherine Jackson will rely on one of her daughters to help raise the King of Pop’s three kids.

Taraborrelli says he believes Michael’s sister, Rebbie Jackson, will lend a hand. "Rebbie would sort of be the primary caregiver to Michael’s children even though Katherine would have custody of the children," he tells ET.

Michael’s mother and his ex-wife Debbie Rowe negotiated an out-of-court agreement for custody of the late singer’s children on Thursday.

Report: Michael Jackson May Have Died Earlier Than We Have Been Told

ET earlier reported that the Los Angeles Coroners Office is working to reveal Michael Jackson’s toxicology results sometime next week, possibly on Wednesday. Now ET special correspondent Diane Dimond has the latest!

"Two different police sources tell me that the toxicology report is complete enough that they now know what killed Michael Jackson," Dimond says. "That knowledge is guiding the investigators as they try put a case together."

Dimond goes on to say that, according to her sources, Dr. Conrad Murray is the primary target of the investigation and criminal charges are likely to be filed.

New Photo: Dr. Conrad Murray Arrested in 1994

ET has obtained the booking photo of Michael Jackson’s personal physician, Dr. Conrad Murray, when he was arrested in February 1994.

Dr. Murray was arrested on domestic violence charges on February 3, 1994 after an incident with his then-girlfriend. The doctor was tried and acquitted.

On Tuesday, Dr. Murray — the subject of an investigation –was present during the search of his home and assisted the officers, his attorney told ET.

Debbie Rowe and Katherine Jackson’s Lawyers Reveal Custody Agreement Details

ET has the latest…

Lawyers for Katherine Jackson and Debbie Rowe are speaking out about the custody agreement they have settled on regarding the late Michael Jackson’s children.

The joint statement says the agreement will be presented Monday, August 3, 2009, to the Los Angeles Superior Court for approval, which is expected.

The statement reads:

Michael Jackson Toxicology Update

Sources tell ET when they expect the toxicology results will be in for Michael Jackson.

According to a spokesperson for the Los Angeles Coroners office, they are working to reveal the results next week but no day has been decided upon yet.

However, another source affiliated with the medical examination tells ET that the coroners office expects to announce their findings on Wednesday.

Michael Jackson tells Personal Chef: Take Care of Me

The personal chef to Michael Jackson, Kai Chase, describes her encounters with the King of Pop, his three children and Dr. Conrad Murray.

Chase tells Meredith Vieira on the "Today Show" that prior to Jackson’s London shows the singer told her, "I need you to take care of me." Jackson told the chef off-offhandedly that his rehearsals were "killing him" but says he was excited about the tour. The chef tells Vieira it was important to the music icon that him and his family were eating fresh, healthy foods.

As for Dr. Murray, Kai says he would usually come downstairs to retrieve Jackson’s breakfast and would sometimes join them for dinner. She told the "Today Show" that sometimes the doctor would inquire about the singer’s diet and was adamant about him eating.

Joe Jackson: I Knew Michael Had Another Son

In a new interview, Joe Jackson appears to confirm that Michael Jackson is the father of a fourth child, Omer Bhatti.

Asked about Omer, Joe says he knew him as Michael’s other son. "I knew he had another son," Joe tells NewsOne in a TVOne exclusive. "He looks like a Jackson, he acts like a Jackson, he can dance like a Jackson."

Source: Custody Agreement Reached for Michael Jackson’s Children

Michael Jackson’s mother Katherine and ex-wife Debbie Rowe have negotiated an out-of-court agreement for custody of the late singer’s children, a source tells ET.

The agreement is said to give Katherine full custody of all three children; Prince Michael I, 12, Paris-Michael Katherine, 11, and Prince Michael II, 7, also known as "Blanket." Debbie will be given "meaningful visitation" and retain her legal parental rights. Debbie is mother to the two oldest children, while the mother of "Blanket" has never been made public.

All three children have been living with their grandmother at the Jackson family home in Encino, Calif., since Michael’s death last month.

Tito Jackson on the Day Michael Died

Kevin Frazier’s exclusive interview with Tito Jackson continues: In part two, the older brother of Michael Jackson recalls the day Michael died — and how he received the tragic news.

On that tragic day, June 25, Tito says he was at home in Calabasas, CA when he got word from his son, who had been watching the news, that Michael had been taken to the hospital, and asked if it was true. Tito then called his mother and cousin, who confirmed the news and told him, "You should prepare yourself to come over."

"On my way there I decided to call my sister Janet to see if she had heard anything further," says Tito. "She said ‘pull over,’ and right when she said that I knew he was gone. She said, ‘Tito, he passed away.’ I just sat in my car and I just was messed up for quite a while."

Dallas (Season 5) DVD Review

13a4

Nominated for 18 Emmys and 15 Golden Globes in its thirteen season run, Dallas is the 1,000-pound gorilla of the prime-time drama/soap opera genre. Premiering in 1978 as a five-part miniseries, the show combines the classic sex and innuendo of boilerplate afternoon soap operas with the freewheeling adventure of Texas wildcats and filthy rich capitalist oil barons. The explosive combination of rampant love affairs and high stakes business dealings scored well with both men and women, prompting CBS to make Dallas the lynchpin of its Friday night lineup (back when people actually watched Friday night television). As a result, Dallas became one of the most successful TV series in history. In fact, the famous Who shot J.R.? episode (A House Divided Air Date: 3-21-1980) still holds its spot as the second most watched television show ever (the season finale of MASH is #1). With arguably the most memorable TV villian ever created, its little surprise that Dallas held the #1 or #2 spot in the Nielsen ratings for most of the 1980s decade.

Law Enforcement Officials Raid Home & Office of Michael Jackson’s Doctor

ET has the latest…

ET has confirmed with the office of Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) that law enforcement officials are searching the Las Vegas home of Dr. Conrad Murray.

Jose Martinez of  the Los Angeles DEA told ET that the Los Angeles Police Department, DEA, Las Vegas police, Nevada Department of Public Safety and Henderson police are assisting in serving search warrants to both Dr. Murray’s house and office.

The doctor — who was with Michael Jackson on the day he died and is the subject of a manslaughter investigation — allegedly gave Jackson the anesthetic Propofol on the night before his death, the Associated Press reports, citing an unnamed official.

Whitney Houston’s Album Release Date Moved

The album, which was expected to hit store shelves on September 1, will now be made available on August 31. In addition, those who can’t wait another month can download a free song starting today at www.whitneyhouston.com.

Meanwhile, ET was recently with the songstress as she talked about her highly anticipated album.

Jessica Simpson: Girls Night Out

Who needs a man? Jessica Simpson made a night of it in Hollywood with the best date a gal can have for a night out on the town.

Accompanied by her mother Tina, Us magazine reports that the country singer made it a family affair — attending a listening party for An-Ya, who is signed to her father’s record label.

According to Us, the listening party had more than a fair share of bling. Held at the West Hollywood home of jeweler Pascal Mouawad, Jessica was gifted with thousands of dollars of jewelry, including a $10,000 ring. No surprise, she told the mag she was "good" when asked how she was doing. Aside from her sparkly adornments, the star reportedly looked tan and fit in a tight black dress.

Debbie Rowe Pays Visit to Doctor’s Office

Debbie Rowe was just spotted in the office shared by Dr. Arnold Klein — where Michael Jackson was treated.

ET has learned that Debbie is accompanying a friend who is there to have a biopsy performed by Dr. David Rish, who shares the office space with Klein. A source tells us that she considers Dr. Rish the best and that’s why she took her friend there.

Debbie, the mother Michael Jackson’s two eldest children, is scheduled to appear in court August 3 to determine a custody arrangement with the late singer’s family.

Diane Dimond with the Latest on the Custody of Michael Jackson’s Children

Michael Jackson continues to make headlines after his untimely death. Today, ET special correspondent Diane Dimond, who has reported on Jakcson since 1993, brings us up-to-date with the latest in the custody case.

Who will end up with Jackson’s three children — "Prince," Paris and "Blanket"? The custody hearing has been postponed until August 3rd, but on this morning’s "Today" show, Matt Lauer spoke to Katherine Jackson’s attorney, who indicated that there was a possibility that a custody agreement would be in place before the scheduled hearing.

"Despite these encouraging signs, my sources tell me there has been a shake-up in the Jackson camp," Dimond says. "Grace Rwaramba, the children’s long-time nanny, is no longer with the family. She returned to Europe after answering questions for the authorities. It was once thought her position as a beloved member of Michael’s staff was a key factor in keeping the children with Mrs. Jackson. Now I am hearing that one of the children would not even speak to her during her recent visit."

Jonas Brothers Breakup News

Onlookers say that Joe Jonas appears visibly upset at their last concert — now his rep confirms a breakup.

The singer and Camilla Belle have split. "Yes, it’s true, they have broken up," a Jo Bro rep tells People.com. "There is no third party involved and they care deeply about each other and will remain friends."

The 19-year-old rock star made headlines when he reportedly broke up with Taylor Swift soon after meeting Belle. Joe will continue his world tour, while Belle is filming ‘Father of Invention’ with Kevin Spacey.

Exclusive: Tito Jackson Confirms Location of Michael Jackson’s Body

ET has the latest…

ET’s Kevin Frazier exclusively talked to Tito Jackson, who disclosed the location of his brother’s body.

"He’s at Forest Lawn," Tito tells Kevin. Forest Lawn Memorial-Parks & Mortuaries in the Hollywood Hills is where the Jackson family held a private memorial service for the King of Pop earlier this month.

Frazier was exclusively backstage at Jamaica’s 17th annual Reggae Sumfest, where Tito Jackson geared up to perform with The Funk Brothers Band and accept a Lifetime Achievement Award on Michael Jackson’s behalf.

‘American Idol’’s Top 10 at Graceland

The "American Idol" Top 10 pay homage to Elvis Presley with a stop at Graceland while touring the country on this summer’s "American Idol Tour 2009."

Lil Rounds, who is from Memphis, had fun showing winner Kris Allen and runner-up Adam Lambert how to get their Memphis mojo flowing by trying on sunglasses like the ones Elvis wore.

"The aura that he had … the energy that he had, people just wanted a piece of him," Kris says. "Not that I am saying I want that, but he always did stuff that people were like, whoa are you serious. Elvis was incredible."

Michael Jackson Autopsy Report Expected by End of Week

Authorities tell ET when they expect to release the official cause of death for Michael Jackson.

The latest from the coroner’s office is that they may have the autopsy report possibly Thursday or Friday. They expect to release their findings by the end of the week.

In other Jackson news, ET has learned that temporary administrators handling his estate have recovered millions from the late icon’s former financial advisers, and they claim Jackson’s estate is financially solvent.

Tito Jackson Performs, Accepts Award on Brother’s Behalf

ET’s Kevin Frazier was exclusively backstage at Jamaicas 17th annual Reggae Sumfest, where Tito Jackson geared up to perform with The Funk Brothers Band and accept a Lifetime Achievement Award on Michael Jackson’s behalf.

Other artists to perform at Sumfest included Toni Braxton and rapper Nas. This year’s festival was devoted to honoring and celebrating the life of Michael Jackson. "I only spoke to Michael on the phone but that was still great. [I’m a] big fan of Michael, Mike lives on forever," Nas said of the King of Pop.

Check out ET this week for the exclusive, one-on-one interview with Michael’s brother, Tito, from the five-star resort Iberostar Grand Hotel Rose Hall in Montego Bay, Jamaica.

LeAnn Rimes: Sometimes You Will Have Your Heart Broken

LeAnn Rimes talked about broken hearts and ending relationships at her Utah concert, following her alleged split from her husband of seven years, Dean Sheremet, according to a report.

"You know, I think that you will all really be able to relate to this next song in your lives. You probably know it’s inevitable that in a relationship, sometimes you will have your heart broken at some point," Rimes told the audience at the Deer Valley Music Festival, People magazine reports.

The publication reported on Friday that Rimes and Sheremet were no longer living together. "LeAnne and Dean have been separated for quite some time now, but they’re continuing to try and work through their relationship," a source told People.
