Other notable episodes include Diversity Day in which Michael engages in a feeble and half-hearted attempt to shed light on office diversity, while alienating most of his employees in the process, and Health Care in which Michael, afraid of bearing bad news, delegates his authority to Dwight who creates an utter fiasco of the company health care plan.

"I’ve never heard that at all because our energy that we created as the Jackson Five, it never went away," Jermaine tells Kevin. "We put so much into our daily work, our rehearsals. We knew in order to achieve something great, we had to put in the blood, sweat and tears. It started with my father, ‘Let’s rehearse, lets get going. You got to do it over and over again.’ If we grew up like that how could we become lazy? We are use to hard work."
Jermaine also tells Kevin that he saw part of the footage of the upcoming ‘This Is It’ film, hitting theaters this week and he feels that the title fits: "It’s just that moment that comes in everyone’s life."

The first new Michael Jackson song since his tragic death is set to be unveiled — and ET has the single’s release date.
On October 12, Jackson’s brand new song "This Is It" will be revealed followed by a two-disc album to come at a later date. The album, also titled This Is It, will be released internationally on Oct. 26 and in North America on Oct. 27. The two-disc set features music inspired from the documentary of the same name.
The first disc will include original masters of some of Jackson’s biggest songs arranged as they would be in the film, while the second disc will be comprised of unreleased versions of some of the King of Pop’s classic songs.
