‘Hope for Haiti Now’ Album Tops Billboard Chart
The Hope for Haiti Now album, featuring performances from George Clooney’s global telethon by music mega-stars such as Madonna, Beyonce and U2’s Bono and The Edge, has achieved a unique feat.
With the disc’s No. 1 debut on the Billboard 200, it becomes the first digital-only album to reach the top of the chart, says the Associated Press. The album sold 171,000 units over the weekend and can be downloaded in Apple’s iTunes Store, with proceeds supporting earthquake relief in Haiti.

Susan Boyle may need to step up her security.
According to People.com the UK singing sensation returned from London to find an intruder in her home. She reportedly brushed shoulders with the unexpected guest when he ran out of the home right past her.
"Lothian and Borders Police were called to an address in Blackburn at around 9:50 p.m. yesterday following reports of a disturbance. A man was detained in connection with the incident and released without charge pending further inquiries," authorities told the mag.

Mary J. Blige and Andrea Bocelli will be blending their powerful voices in a collaboration at the Grammys.
In celebration of the 40th Anniversary Simon & Garfunkel’s "Bridge Over Troubled Water," the duo will cover the Grammy Award-winning song. In celebration of Black History Month, Bob Dylan will join a lineup of entertainers spanning many generations for "In Performance at the White House: A Celebration of Music from the Civil Rights Movement."
President Barack Obama and First Lady Michelle Obama will host the February 10 concert. Some of the featured singers slated to perform songs from the Civil Rights Movement are Natalie Cole, Jennifer Hudson, John Legend, John Mellencamp, Smokey Robinson, and Seal. Morgan Freeman and Queen Latifah will emcee the star-studded event.

Michael Jackson Estate Administrators Seeking More Profits
The administrators of Michael Jackson’s estate are reportedly requesting 10 percent of profits that they are able to generate from the late King of Pop’s work.
The Associated Press reports that John Branca and John McClain filed a document Friday asking for compensation that would not include profits from the star’s ‘This Is It’ documentary and interest in the Sony/ATV music catalog.
The administrators also noted in their motion that other comparable estate administrators have received profits ranging from 15 to 25 percent, says the AP.
Michael Jackson Estate Opposes Giving Joe Jackson an Allowance
Administrators of Michael Jackson’s estate have taken action to oppose the late singer’s father’s bid for a monthly stipend.
In new court papers obtained by ET, attorneys for Jackson estate administrators John Branca and John McClain are opposing Joe Jackson’s bid to receive a monthly allowance, saying it would take away money from the late singer’s three children.
In the papers, the estate attorneys claim that Joe Jackson has failed to prove that the King of Pop financially supported him prior to his June 25 death and that the star’s father was not included as a beneficiary of his will.

In a soul-baring new interview, John Mayer says he’s never really gotten over Jennifer Aniston.
The legendary ladies man tells Rolling Stone that he’s looking for love and still thinks about his ex, saying, "I’ve never really gotten over it. It was one of the worst times of my life." He goes on to say that he thinks Jen is "fantastic."
John says that he’s looking for a love connection, not another fling. "I’ll be happy when I close out this life-partner thing," he says. "Think of how much mental capacity Im using to meet the right person so I can stop giving a f*** about it."
